Derma Fillers

Restore volume and smoothness

About Derma Fillers

At Chandéor Cosmetics, dermal fillers are used to enhance your features with subtlety and precision — softening the lines that age brings, replacing volume that time takes away, and bringing quiet definition to the cheeks, jaw and profile. The aim is never a different face. It’s your face, looking rested, balanced and refreshed.

Dermal fillers are a non-surgical treatment that uses a gel — most commonly hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in your skin — to add volume beneath the surface. As we age, we gradually lose collagen, fat and hydration, which can leave the face looking flatter, more lined or more hollow. Filler replaces that lost support, smoothing folds, restoring fullness and gently lifting areas that have begun to soften.

Because the treatment is precise and buildable, your practitioner can address exactly what’s needed — a single area or several — and the results can be adjusted over time. Hyaluronic acid fillers are also temporary and, in most cases, reversible.

The benefits

  • Natural-looking volume — fullness restored where age or genetics have thinned it.
  • Smoother lines and folds — softened creases without freezing expression.
  • Refined contours — enhanced cheekbones, jawline or chin definition.
  • A subtle lift — support that gently counters sagging in the mid-face.
  • Balanced proportions — correction of asymmetry and harmonising of features.
  • Minimal downtime — most clients return to their day soon after.
  • Adjustable and reversible — hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if desired.
Dermal fillers may suit you if you’d like to restore lost volume, soften lines and folds, or refine the contours of your face without surgery. Whether your concern is a single area or an overall sense of tiredness in the face, treatment is always planned around your individual features and goals.

At your consultation, we’ll review your medical history and what you’d like to achieve to confirm the treatment is suitable and safe. Dermal fillers are generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for those with certain medical conditions or active infections in the area — your practitioner will advise you honestly.

What to expect

We treat the face as a whole. Rather than chasing one line or filling one hollow in isolation, we look at proportion, symmetry and the way your features work together, then enhance conservatively so the result feels seamless. Good filler work is invisible as filler — people notice that you look well, not that you’ve been treated.

Every treatment is carried out by a trained practitioner who takes the time to understand the outcome you want, and the one you want to avoid. You’ll see the plan before we begin, and you remain in control of the result throughout.
  • Consultation. We discuss your goals, assess your facial structure, review your health history, and agree on a plan and price together.
  • Preparation. The area is cleansed, and a numbing cream (and/or filler containing local anaesthetic) is used for your comfort.
  • Treatment. Filler is placed precisely using a fine needle or cannula. Treatment time depends on the areas addressed, but many appointments take around 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Immediately after. Some swelling, redness, tenderness or minor bruising is normal and usually settles within a few days.
  • Results. You'll see an immediate difference, with the final, settled result visible once any swelling has fully resolved.
